Wessel Ebersohn is an internationally published author. Predominantly known for his Yudel Gordon thrillers, he has also released general fiction novels and a non fiction work based on his time living in the Knysna forest with his wife and running a bird sanctuary.

Yudel Gordon
Yudel is the main character in many of Wessel’s novels. He is a prison psychiatrist who becomes embroiled in dangerous situations, often risking his own life in order to save another.
In the latest few novels Yudel is joined by Abigail Bukula, a young lawyer, and together they work to stop conspiracies and save lives.
Set in South Africa
Wessel Ebersohn has lived in South Africa all his life. Born in Cape Town, he has lived all over the country. During apartheid his novels caused such a site with the government that they were banned and he had to smuggle them into the country.
While his novels are fictional, the feeling in South Africa at the time when the novel was set, is accurate.
