The October killings, could it be real?

Yesterday, a colleague asked me if Rosa was jealous of my relationship with Abigail. What relationship? I wanted to know. Well, you seem to be meeting with her a lot, he said.

Can you believe it? Some people see things in really screwed up ways.

I’m not meeting with her. She’s stalking me and Rosa is her accomplice. I would rather she just went away and left me alone. And yet this thing of the October killings is fascinating. If it is as she says, I have to admit that it’s almost irresistible.

Another thing, Abigail uses dirty tactics. Can you believe, she went to see Wessel Ebersohn to ask him to try to persuade me? As if that scribbler could persuade me about anything! (Note the exclamation mark. Wessel hates them.) I told her that she can be sure of one thing: if anything comes of this, I am not allowing him to write a book about it. And that’s final! (Exclamation mark.)
